The Quarter can host 130 guests for a seated reception or 150 guests for a standing reception, market or other event. The third floor Terrace can seat 50 guests
It depends. We have various event rental options as well as full day and half day wedding rental packages. Your full day wedding rental gives you access to our venue between 9:30 AM – 1:30 AM.
We have recommended caterers, however you are welcome to bring in a caterer of choice.
We offer a selection of decor to help make decorating for your day easy. Feel free to contact us about our collection of available decor. If you choose to bring all of your own decorations or want to mix and match with ours, we welcome to that, too!

Our venue is accessible to the second floor, which holds the main reception space, accessible washroom and bar.

The Main and The Terrace + 1,600 sq. ft. Rooftop Patio, 8’ wooden rectangle dinner tables, 150 Wooden cross-back chairs, set up and take down, space for bridal party hair and makeup, assistance with floor plan design, a venue manager for your wedding day, and access to bar and glassware.
Yes, you can either do a host bar or a corkage bar for your event. Corkage allows you to bring in your own purchased alcohol with receipts and a liquor license. Corkage covers your bartenders, glassware, and mix (pop, juice, lemons, and limes). A host bar allows you to use The Quarter’s liquor and liquor license. We serve your guests at our bar prices.
Because of our flexible venue configurations and multiple floors, we are able to set aside specific space for your wedding party hair and makeup and photos. Contact us to see our various floor plans.
The full venue rental includes the second and third floors and allows for an indoor or outdoor ceremony and various configuration options for your ceremony or reception.
